Grace Chen, Founder and CEO

Grace is an accomplished healthcare data architect with over a decade of experience in the Healthcare IT industry. Prior to starting LucidAct, Grace was a senior data architect at Stanford Health Care and Sutter Health. She successfully led multiple high-profile care transformation projects at Stanford Cancer Center and jumped-started the survivorship program for 10,000 patients by targeting the specific needs of cancer survivors. 

Dr. Del Priore, CMO

Dr. Del Priore obtained his medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center and now practices throughout Chicago, IL. Dr. Del Priore also is an associate clinical professor at UIC and enjoys training residents and medical students. He is passionate about finding ways to improve patient care and quality of life.
