Sales Development Representative:

Lucidact Health is an AI for healthcare startup in the San Francisco Bay area.  It is the place for talented, driven sales professionals who are passionate about the future of healthcare and building entrepreneur experience as part of the late founding team.


The Sales Development Representative is responsible for booking and creating qualified sales opportunities (QSO) by prospecting outbound. Utilizing tools like MixMax and PipeDrive, the SDR will be responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI’s to drive consistent, quality meetings and close new business.


Successful Sales Development Representatives are promoted into the growth leader for the company, there is no territory limitation, you will be the first sales in the founding team, the sky is the limit.


Job Responsibilities


·      Break into new business through high-volume prospecting emails and calls

·      Maintain Account-based Marketing/Sales best practices

·      Ability to work up a primary care clinic to get to the Decision Maker

·      Ability to hold an extensive pre-qualifying call with prospective customers

·      Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users

·      Understand and overcome customer objections in an ever-changing environment

·      Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and resourceful

·      Properly document all activity via company CRM tool (PipeDrive, HubSpot)

·      Attend all department and team meetings, syncs and 1-1’s

·      Conduct regular follow up calls with all leads as required

·      Collect data and metrics for Weekly reporting, then deliver to the founding team

·      Provide regular customers feedback and new requirements

·      Run weekly webinars for freemium users introducing them to Lucidact solutions using Zoom

·      Maintain relationships with our prospects and users until their ready to qualify

·      Consistently meet team objectives by achieving your new business quota



Job Requirements


·      Previous EMR sales experience (Preferred)

·      Cold calling and lead generating experience (optional)

·      Experts in creating sales presentation slides

·      Experience using Slack, Zoom, G Suite, HubSpot, MixMax, PipeDrive

·      A genuine passion for building a rewarding career in sales

·      A passion and awareness in health, the healthcare industry and SaaS technology

·      Ability to communicate professionally with partners and customers on the phone

·      Strong and resilient sales work ethic and an ability to bounce back in the face of rejection

·      An affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant startup environment

·      4-year college degree or relevant work experience
