We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative/Account Manager with previous EMR sales experience to join our dynamic team and drive growth in this rapidly evolving industry.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of invoicing, financial reporting, accounts payable collection, and supervision of bookkeepers. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. Invoicing:

    • Generate and process accurate and timely invoices for clients, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and conditions.

    • Verify billing information, rates, and charges to minimize errors and discrepancies.

    • Address client inquiries and concerns regarding invoices promptly and professionally.

  2. Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

    • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and efficiency.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

  3. Accounts Payable (AP) Collection:

    • Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, approval, and timely payment.

    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely collection.

    • Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and minimize late payment penalties.

  4. Management of Bookkeepers:

    • Supervise and mentor a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting functions.

    • Conduct regular reviews and audits of accounting records and procedures to maintain compliance and integrity.

  5. Financial Analysis and Forecasting:

    • Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Google Sheet) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead a team.

  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.

The primary focus of this role is to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with the largest private duty home care companies across the United States. The Director of Partnership will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, enhancing our services, and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize potential partner organizations among the largest private duty home care companies in the US.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy tailored to the specific needs and goals of each potential partner.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of partnership initiatives.

  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships within the Homecare or Home Health or senior care industry.

  • Strong network and relationships within the private duty home care sector.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership plans that align with organizational goals.

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
