Founder & Chief Executive OfficerGrace is an accomplished healthcare data architect with over a decade of experience transforming how health systems use technology. Before founding Lucidact, she served as a senior data architect at Stanford Health Care and Sutter Health, where she led high-impact care transformation projects — including launching the survivorship program for 10,000 cancer patients.
Grace founded Lucidact on a simple belief: that intelligent technology, applied thoughtfully, can extend the reach of every provider and improve outcomes for every patient. She drives Lucidact's clinical strategy, partnership growth, and long-term product vision.
Dr. Del Priore
Chief Medical OfficerDr. Del Priore brings deep clinical expertise and a practicing physician's perspective to every product decision at Lucidact. He completed his medical degree at Windsor University School of Medicine, his residency at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, and currently practices throughout Chicago, IL.
As an associate clinical professor at UIC, Dr. Del Priore trains the next generation of physicians while championing technology that genuinely improves patient care. He ensures that Lucidact's platform reflects how providers actually work — not how administrators imagine they do.
Sridhar Gudimela
Head of Engineering · Platform ArchitectSridhar is the engineering mind behind Lucidact — the person who took a clinical vision and turned it into a platform that real patients and providers rely on every day. With over 18 years of engineering leadership across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise software, he brings a rare combination of technical depth and domain expertise that few platforms at this stage can claim.
He has led every dimension of Lucidact's technology from the ground up: designing a secure, scalable cloud architecture; embedding AI-powered capabilities into core clinical workflows; and building the compliance foundation — HIPAA and SOC 2 — that allows healthcare organizations to trust the platform with their most sensitive data. For Sridhar, engineering is not just about what gets built — it is about whether it can be trusted at the scale and standard that patient care demands.
